Who We Are
Maram Group is a real estate development company with roots in Kuwait and a growing presence in Egypt. Since its establishment, the Group has built its experience across real estate development, construction, and project execution, driven by a clear belief: exceptional projects begin with a clear vision and are defined by the quality of their execution. Our portfolio reflects a diverse approach to development, spanning residential, commercial, administrative, medical, and educational projects. Our Expansion
Our journey began in Kuwait, where Maram Group established its experience and developed a strong foundation in real estate and construction. Today, we are expanding this experience into the Egyptian market, bringing the same commitment to quality, professionalism, and execution to every project we undertake. Our growing portfolio in Egypt includes projects such as Hadaba Plaza, Zayed Mall, Noor Heights Compound, Al Maram Medical Tower, and an International School, reflecting our ability to develop across different sectors and project requirements.
